Chocolate Truffles

1 cup /8oz chocolate chips1/2 cup heavy cream2 tbsp blending oilcocoa powder for dustingchopped nuts for coatingIn a small pan on medium high heat, warm the cream until it simmers. Pour the hot cream overthe chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes or until melted. Stir until completely smooth. Put themixture in the refrigerator for an hour or until firm.Using a 1inch cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the truffles into a ball shape and place on a plate.Dust with cocoa powder, covering all sides or roll in chopped nuts. Store in the refrigerator
