Crispy Charred Brussels Sprouts

These aren’t your mother’s Brussels sprouts, unless you send her this recipe… then it could be. Delightfully charred, perfectly crisp and toothsome, these brussels are the perfect side dish for fall and winter. Grab your skillet and your cozy sweater, yes, the one that’s for inside only.

  • 12oz Brussels sprouts, bottom removed and halved
  • 1 tbsp Chefs Life Cooking Oil
  • Salt

In a skillet on medium heat, add in Cooking Oil. Once the skillet is hot but not smoking, add in the Brussels with a healthy sprinkle of salt. Let cook without moving for 6-8 minutes, or until one side is caramelized. Toss gently and let cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
