Chefs Life was born out of Chef Brian Malarkey’s desire to simplify the cooking oil category and make cooking more accessible. In early 2021, Malarkey launched the brand after a series of virtual cooking classes he conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the pandemic took hold in Spring 2020, Malarkey began hosting virtual cooking classes to raise funds for charity.
