All Things Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the 48 continental US states. Unfortunately, we’re not yet able to ship to Hawaii or Alaska, or internationally. 

Though it isn’t required, we prefer to ship to physical addresses over P.O. Boxes and may reach out to you to request a physical address for logistical reasons.

What are your shipping rates?

All Chefs Life orders ship free via USPS shipping. 

When will I recieve my order?

Orders received by 10 AM PST on M-F are shipped on the same day.

Orders received after 10 AM PST, or over the weekend, are shipped on the next business day (M-F).

If you need your oil overnight, please email us at orders@chefslife.com and we'll try to make it happen!

How do I find my tracking information?

Chefs Life customers will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been received. When the order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the USPS tracking number for your reference. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receipt of this email for your tracking information to be posted on the carrier’s website.

Your localpostal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can definitely give you more information.

Returns and exchanges

How do I change/cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please send us an email:orders@chefslife.comand we will do our absolute best to help you.

What if my order was delivered damaged?

For product that has been damaged during transit, please provide a photo and description of the damage and email us at orders@chefslife.com.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, if you are dissatisfied with your product you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will send you a return label and issue a refund based on the condition of the returned product/s as follows:

Given the expiration dates of our products, unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase.

We do not offer returns for individual items. The safety seal on all three bottle must be intact to be eligible for return and bottles must be in their original shipping box.

Return shipping charges are not returnable and will be deducted from your total purchase amount. 

When will I recieve my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping charge, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
