Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with Green Onion Ginger Vinaigrette

Okay but seriously… who doesn’t love bacon wrapped shrimp? You can be the favorite at every holiday party with this easy recipe. The green onion ginger vinaigrette comes together in a pinch, leaving more time for wrapping presents or enjoying cocktails, or both.

Ingredients:

1lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
14 slices uncooked bacon
Toothpicks
2 tablespoon Chefs Life Blending Oil 
2 green onions sliced thin
1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled and grated
2 garlic cloves minced
2 lime juiced
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Method:

Preheat the oven to broil on high. Combine the Blending Oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, lime juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste and set aside.

Wrap each shrimp in ½ piece of bacon, pinning with a toothpick. Continue until all shrimp is wrapped, placing each on a lined baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the shrimp with the green onion vinaigrette. Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with the vinaigrette on the side.
