Okay but seriously… who doesn’t love bacon wrapped shrimp? You can be the favorite at every holiday party with this easy recipe. The green onion ginger vinaigrette comes together in a pinch, leaving more time for wrapping presents or enjoying cocktails, or both.

1lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
14 slices uncooked bacon
2 tablespoon Chefs Life Blending Oil
2 green onions sliced thin
1 inch piece fresh ginger peeled and grated
2 garlic cloves minced
2 lime juiced
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to broil on high. Combine the Blending Oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, lime juice, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Season to taste and set aside.

Wrap each shrimp in ½ piece of bacon, pinning with a toothpick. Continue until all shrimp is wrapped, placing each on a lined baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the shrimp with the green onion vinaigrette. Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with the vinaigrette on the side.
