Cookie Butter

If you haven’t had cookie butter, welcome to a whole new world. Imagine cookies, but spreading them on top of more cookies. Cookie inception. Trust us, it’s delicious. Maybe try it on an apple so you don’t feel as bad.


3/4 cup finely ground Biscoff crumbs 
1/3 cup ounces water 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Chefs Life Blending Oil


Combine cookie crumbs, water, cinnamon, and honey in a small pot. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until crumbs have dissolved and mixture feels smooth between your fingertips, about 90 seconds. Remove from heat and transfer to a tall, narrow container, stirring occasionally until the steam subsides, about 5 minutes. Add Blending Oil and process with an immersion blender until homogeneous and smooth, or in a food processor. Transfer to a glass jar and chill overnight. Serve with cookies, ice cream, fruit, or anything you can dream of.
