He will be highlighting all three cooking oils and sharing his tips on how to elevate your culinary skills, just in time for the holidays. You will learn how to make peppercorn crusted steak with a wintery spin on chimichurri, truffle aioli, and crispy roasted potatoes.

Steak

• 2 6-8oz sirloin or filet
• 1 tbsp peppercorns (pink if available)
• 1/4 cup Chefs Life Cooking Oil
• Salt
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 sprig thyme

Potatoes

• 1/2 lb fingerling potato
• 2 whole eggs
• 1/2 cup Chefs Life Blending Oil
• 1 lemon
• A few drops truffle oil
• 1 sprig tarragon

Chimichurri

• 1/4 cup parsley
• 1/4 cup tarragon
• 1/4 cup chives
• 1 shallot
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/3 cup Chefs Life EVOO
• 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
