Just when you thought internet trends were over, pumpkin everything season is here so you know that means a whipped dip. Feta adds the perfect kiss of salt, a touch of thyme, and a drizzle of honey and EVOO. Your guests will thank you, your enemies will steal the recipe and claim they created it.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 5% fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
1/2 tbsp honey
For garnish
Fresh herbs- thyme, chives, tarragon
Drizzle of honey
Flaky salt
Walnuts or pecans, toasted
Chefs Life Finishing Oil
Method:
In the bowl of a food processor, add in the feta and Greek yogurt. Process until smooth. Add in the pumpkin and honey. Run the food processor 6-8 minutes, or until completely smooth. Pour the pumpkin feta mixture into a bowl and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. When ready, garnish the dip with fresh herbs, a drizzle of honey, salt, swirl of Finishing Oil and toasted nuts. Serve with a toasted baguette, crackers, or fresh crudité.
