BBQ Jackfruit Crunch Wrap Supreme

Think the crunchwrap supreme is only for cheat days? Our vegetarian bbq jackfruit dupe will have you cruising past Taco Bell, rushing home to scarf down this cheesy, crunchy little number. If the jackfruit feels a little too California, feel free to sub in the protein of your choice. Either way you'll be saying "fast food, who?"

1 package @uptonsnaturals jackfruit
1 cup @thenewprimal smoky bbq sauce (mix with jackfruit)
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 tbsp green onions
1/2 sliced avocado
1/2 cup slaw, tossed with dressing of your choice
2 10" flour tortillas
1 corn tostada
2 tbsp Chefs Life Cooking Oil

Start by tracing the size of the tostada on one of the flour tortillas. Trim to fit, discard the outside ring and set the small flour tortilla aside. Place the other 10" tortilla on a flat surface. Cover the middle by layering the jackfruit, black beans and cheese. Place the tostada on top then layer with the remaining ingredients. Place the reserved small trimmed flour tortilla on top, and fold each side of the larger tortilla to seal.

In a cast iron pan over medium high heat, add in 2tbsp of Chefs Life Cooking Oil. Once almost smoking hot, carefully place the wrap and brown each side, about 4 minutes per side. Cut in the middle and dig in. Extra points if you pull it apart slowly to watch the cheese.
