Birthday Cake Overnight Oats 

It's almost our birthday! We don't want to say how old we are, can you guess? Some might say we are mature for our age, but we're never too old for birthday cake flavored everything. Who knew you could have your cake and eat it for breakfast too?

Ingredients:

1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup almond mik
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia
Topping:
1/4 cup white chocolate
1 tsp blending oil
rainbow sprinkles

Method: 

Combine all the ingredients for the oats in a small bowl and mix. Cover and let sit 6 hours or overnight.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and blending oil. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between until melted. Pour on top of the oats and cover with sprinkles. Let sit in the freezer 10 minutes to get hard. Crack and enjoy!
