Everything Bagel Crab Cakes 

Everything bagel spice crab cakes, proving this spice can literally make anything beyond delicious. Run, don't walk, to the kitchen to make these meaty cakes ASAP.


1 egg, whisked
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp everything bagel spice
1 lemon, juiced
12oz lump crab meat
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (regular or gluten free)
2 tsp Chefs Life Cooking Oil
Lemons, for serving


Whisk the egg, mayo, parsley, mustard, worcestershire and lemon juice together until completely combined. Add in the crab meat, breadcrumbs and everything bagel spice. Carefully fold together. Let chill for 20-30 minutes in the fridge.
Heat a medium skillet over high heat and drizzle in Chefs Life Cooking Oil. Using a 2oz scoop (or a large spoon) portion crab cakes into the hot oil, being careful of the splatter. Cook for about 5-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Drain off the excess oil on a paper towel before serving. Arrange on a plate and serve with remoulade and additional lemon slices.
