In N' Out Style Burgers
Chefs Life and Cleveland Kitchen have teamed up to bring you a healthier twist on a classic In N' Out burger! We went for the Double Double, protein AND Animal Style sauce. How do you like your In N' Out burger? Let us know in the comments below!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chefs Life Cooking Oil
1 lb ground turkey
Kosher salt & cracked black pepper
8 Slices American cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup @clevelandkitchen Dilly Garlic Pickles, chopped
1 tsp pickle juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Iceberg lettuce "buns"
1 onion, caramelized, and chopped, for topping
1 tomato, sliced for topping
Method:
Start by making the sauce. Combine the mayo, tomato paste, mustard, Cleveland Kitchen Dilly Garlic Pickles pickles, pickle juice, paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl and whisk until combined. Taste and then season with a sprinkle of salt.
Divide the turkey meat into 8 small balls. Season with salt and pepper, smash balls to flatten, then cook in a hot skillet with the 2tbsp Chefs Life Cooking Oil. Once flipped, add the cheese to the burgers to melt.
To assemble the burgers, peel the iceberg to create a bun. Layer in the sauce, two burgers stacked, caramelized onion, and tomato slice. Wrap in parchment paper for the ultimate effect.
