- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- Chefs Life EVOO
- Baguette or toast
- Lemon
- Salt
In bowl combine ricotta cheese and sour cream. Add mixture to a ziplock bag and cut 1/2” off the tip. Meanwhile, toast your bread of choice. Pipe ricotta mixture on the toast. Add some lemon zest, salt and a generous drizzle of Chefs Life EVOO. Enjoy!
