Chocolate Chip, Banana & Strawberry Sheet Pan Pancakes

Does anyone actually enjoy making pancakes? Let's be honest, the first one is always a wash, and while the dog might enjoy that extra snack, there is an easier way. We give you SHEETPAN PANCAKES. All the delicious fluffy goodness without the time hovering over the stove done in 30 minutes or less.


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Chefs Life Cooking Oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 4 large strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Combine all the ingredients except the toppings in a large bowl and mix until no lumps remain. Pour into a parchment lined 9x13 baking pan. Channel your inner Jackson Pollack and get wild with your toppings, placing them in clusters, making your own patterns. Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes. Let cool slightly before slicing and covering with a ridiculous amount of maple syrup and powdered sugar.
