OUR STORY

Chestnuts (tossed in Chefs Life) roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose. When it comes to the holidays, we can't get enough of these quick spiced nuts. Pairs wonderfully with a glass of wine on a Thursday when you forgot you had guests coming over in 20 minutes.

RECIPE
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp flaky salt
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 lbs mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp Chefs Life Cooking Oil

Preheat the oven to 300. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat. Pour onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silpat baking mat. Bake for 35-45 minutes, then let cool completely before removing from the pan.
