Togarashi Salmon Nuggets 

Crunchy, juicy, spicy little togarashi salmon nuggets. Sometimes at Chefs Life HQ we wake up with a great recipe in our minds. On this day, it worked. Learn how to shallow fry with us!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1/4 cup arrowroot starch
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp togarashi spice blend
1 lb skin on salmon, we used Ora King, cut into 2" pieces
Chefs Life Cooking Oil

Method: 

In a medium sized pan, fill up to 1 inch with Chefs Life Cooking Oil and turn the heat to medium high. While the oil heats, combine the flours, salt and spice in a large bowl.
Once the oil is ready (350-360 degrees), toss the salmon into the flour mixture until fully coated. Fry the salmon until golden brown in batches, about 7-8 minutes total. Drain on paper towel and serve with spicy aioli.
